In Ukraine, more than 30,000 buildings have been recognized as dilapidated and in disrepair. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 150,000 homes have been damaged by the war. As a result, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families have been left homeless or living in unsafe conditions.
