About the DOMOVA project

In Ukraine, more than 30,000 buildings have been recognized as dilapidated and in disrepair. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 150,000 homes have been damaged by the war. As a result, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families have been left homeless or living in unsafe conditions.

The country has no experience in effectively implementing projects to renovate outdated neighborhoods and reconstruct the housing stock, and there is no mechanism in the world for uniting apartment owners in old buildings to sell the entire building together.
To change this, we have created the DOMOVA platform, which unites owners of apartments in outdated and war-affected housing stock to sell the entire building to investors and developers at a profit. To attract investors, we plan to develop our platform in all European markets.
"Our goal is to help owners of damaged and dilapidated buildings sell their property profitably by creating profitable investment projects, renovating historic cities, and giving new life to architectural monuments. We are creating a unique investment tool that will change the real estate market and provide benefits to all its participants."
