Register on the site as a seller, confirm your phone number. You can register only one account per phone number, either as a seller or a buyer. To submit your first sale request, fill out and submit the request form on the website. In the request form, you must provide basic information about the apartment and the desired terms of sale. Our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
To submit a second request or sell a share of an apartment, you must additionally provide scanned copies of documents confirming your ownership. These documents are required for additional verification and to avoid fraud. Copies of the documents can be attached using the request form.
For owners of apartments in dilapidated or damaged buildings, the request for sale is free of charge. DOMOVA provides this service free of charge as part of its socially responsible mission. We receive payment for our services from investors and construction companies.
No, only the sale of the entire building is possible on the DOMOVA portal. By submitting a request for the sale of your apartment, you will join the general sale of the house to the investor-developer and see the requests of all apartment owners in your building.
The sale of a combined house on the DOMOVA platform allows all co-owners of the house to receive their share of the value of the common area, attic, basement, and to take into account part of the buyer’s profit from the construction of a new larger house on the site of the old one.
